Throughout my life I have faced
several different challenges and different types of rejection. Initially I had
a hard time trying to recognize rejections and overcoming it. Over the rears
and are more recently I have found ways to do so, the first way I learned was
the ability to relate the person. This past summer I had the opportunity to
work for a sales job at a call center. I learned to deal with rejection there
and figure out how to overcome it in a timely matter. After working through
different tactics I found one to be most useful than the others. When I am
confronted with rejection the way that helps me the most to help the customer
understand my point is to understand what they are thinking. By relating to
them and understanding where they are coming from. Once I was able to
understand this I was able to let the customer know that they weren't the only
one that had this issue or misunderstanding. Once they were able to realize
that we have helped a lot of customers with this same issue I would explain the
result and outcome of it all.
